stop smoking services or staff at your GP’s surgeries within
East Lothian can offer one to one Stop Smoking Support. If you are
pregnant, staff at the stop smoking service will be happy to see

Most
chemists provide one to one stop smoking support & prescribe
Nicotine replacement therapy without needing to go via your GP.
There are products available to help you with those nicotine cravings.
